Vacant Land Condominium Corporations In a vacant land condominium corporation, no structures are required to be built for the units at the time of registration. The units will be the vacant lots. The declaration for a vacant land condominium corporation will set out standards covering the structure, design, maintenance and appearance of the housing that will be built on the unit lots. The deion of a vacant land condominium corporation must contain a plan of survey showing the perimeter of the land and any structures to be built on the common elements.
